A hotel has the most systems per square metre: reservations, front desk, restaurant, wellness, housekeeping, payments, portals. The Hotel module connects them on one database with POS and Bookings.

Reservations and front desk

A booking calendar with drag and drop, by nights, hours or months. The front desk handles check-in and check-out, assigns rooms, scans documents into the guest profile, keeps the guest book and foreigner registration. Self check-in via kiosk and mobile key is a separate part.

Guest folio and restaurant

The guest folio collects accommodation, breakfast, dinner from the restaurant, wellness and minibar. The POS charges directly to the room. At departure there is one bill, one payment, one document.

Pricing and sales

Price lists, seasons, packages and rules based on length of stay. Dynamic pricing and recommendations (revenue management) are an optional part. The channel manager sends availability to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb and pulls reservations. Online booking on your own website with payment and upsell runs through the Websites and e-shops module.

Housekeeping and maintenance

Housekeepers see on their phones which rooms need cleaning and which are done. Maintenance receives a task from the front desk. Room status changes in real time.

Groups, spaces, taxes

Group reservations and room blocks, rental of halls and parking, city and tourist tax with reports. Payments through pay-by-link, terminal, deposits and multiple currencies are handled by the Payments module.

Reports

Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, daily closing, reviews and reputation. The AI agent sends you a report by e-mail every morning.

Setup for a hotel with 12 users

Hotel, POS, Bookings, Attendance and CRM: an example with pricing is in the solution for hotels. For hotel chains and turnkey deployment, Enterprise is available.
