For fifteen years we learned to operate software: where each screen is, which field is mandatory, what a button is called. The AI agent in GetERI turns this around. You write what you need, and the system does it.
What it can do today
- Goods receipt from a photo. Photograph the delivery note, and the agent reads the items, quantities and prices and proposes a stock document. You confirm with one tap, backdated if needed.
- New item by voice. "Add item Espresso lungo, $2.40." The item appears in the catalogue, in stock and in the price list.
- Stocktaking during operations. "Count shelf B3." The agent opens a stocktake for the location and compares stock as of the moment of counting.
- Reports. "Show me this week's revenue." The chart appears immediately, and you can have further reports sent to your e-mail.
- System setup. "Turn on QR ordering at the table." The agent enables that part of the module and reminds you that the first 30 days are free of charge.
- Training. A new colleague asks the agent how to receive goods and gets an answer along with a link to the training in Edunetto.
Where its limits are
The agent does not make decisions involving money without confirmation: it does not issue an invoice, change a price or delete a document. It proposes and waits. Every entry has an author, a timestamp and an origin, so an audit can tell that it was made by the agent on the instruction of a specific user.
Why this only works on a single database
The agent needs to see items, warehouses, customers and documents at once. With five separate systems it would have to log in to each one, and the data would not match. In GetERI it works on the same database as ERP, POS and CRM.
What it looks like in practice
You can find five everyday situations with animations on the home page. If you want to try the agent in your own operation, build your system. Until launch on 1 January 2027 it is non-binding.
