How much does ERP cost for a small business: per-user pricing explained

With ERP systems, the price is often hidden behind the words "on request": project fees, implementation, module licences, device licences. GetERI has one number and one rule.

One number: $14.90 per user

A user is a person who logs in to the system. Devices, cash registers, turnstiles, kitchen displays and kiosks are not users and are not charged for. Each user costs $14.90 per month and includes:

  • the system core: organization, roles, devices, synchronization and offline mode, audit log, files, notifications, API, languages and currencies, support,
  • one full module of your choice, for example POS with all its parts or ERP with its fifteen parts.

A single user is enough to work fully. A sole trader with a café gets a cash register, accounting, fiscalization, kitchen display and closings for $14.90.

One rule: you pay for what you use

Each additional part of a module that a user enables adjusts that user's price. Not from the first click: a new part is not charged for the first 30 days. You try it in live operation and only then decide. If you disable a part, the price drops in the next period.

The cap is $499 per user per month. A user who has everything enabled from all twelve modules does not pay more.

Three examples

Business Users Setup Monthly before use
Café 2 POS + Payments $29.80
Fitness studio 5 Fitness and wellness, Bookings, Payments, Access control $74.50
Small manufacturer 8 ERP, Mobile apps, Attendance $119.20

"Monthly before use" is the price on the launch day, until users enable additional parts. You can build a specific setup yourself, and the configurator shows the price immediately.

Billing periods and discounts

You can pay monthly, quarterly, semi-annually with a 5% discount, or annually with a 15% discount. Prices are in US dollars excluding VAT, and we sell to businesses. Invoices are issued by Dream Come True Inc., and for hardware in the EU by Erios s.r.o.

What is not included

Hardware: you buy cash registers, printers, scanners and turnstiles in the shop or use your own. Turnkey implementation for mid-size and large businesses is a separate offer in the Enterprise section. An ordinary company does not need it: it sets up the system itself or through the AI agent.

Founder offer

Until 1 January 2027 you can reserve users. Nothing is charged until launch, the first month is free, and the entry price of $14.90 is fixed until the end of 2028. Details are in the price list.
