Most companies today run on several programs at once: accounting in one, the register in another, attendance in a third, bookings on a third-party website and the warehouse in a spreadsheet. Each has its own price list, its own login and its own list of customers. GetERI was created to put an end to that.
One database instead of five
GetERI is a business system in which all modules work on the same data. A customer created by the front desk in bookings is the same customer to whom the register issues a receipt and to whom the CRM sends an offer. An item that a warehouse worker receives into stock is the same item the kitchen deducts according to a recipe.
Three practical things follow from this:
- Nothing is re-typed. A document created at the register is already in accounting and in stock.
- Nothing is deleted. Every change has a date, a time and an author. Stocktaking or an inspection relies on history, not on memory.
- One price. You pay per user, not for five licences.
Twelve modules and the core
The system consists of the core and twelve modules. The core is included in the price of every user: organization and sites, users and roles, devices, synchronization and offline mode, audit log, files, notifications, API, languages and currencies, support.
You enable modules according to your operation: ERP, POS, Construction diary, Fitness and wellness, Bookings, Attendance, Access control, Payments, CRM, Hotel, Mobile apps and Websites and e-shops. Each module has parts that can be enabled individually.
How it is paid for
You buy users. Each user costs $14.90 per month and includes the core and one full module of their choice. Users enable further module parts themselves, and these are charged only after a 30-day grace period. The cap is $499 per user, regardless of how much they enable. Details are in the price list.
| Business | Users | Typical setup |
|---|---|---|

| Fitness studio | 5 | Fitness and wellness, Bookings, Payments, Access control |
| Hotel | 12 | Hotel, POS, Bookings, Attendance, CRM |
| Manufacturing and multi-site chain | 43 | ERP, Mobile apps, Attendance, Access control, CRM, Websites and e-shops |
Where GetERI comes from
The systems from which GetERI originated ran for fifteen years in warehouses, kitchens, fitness centres, hotels and on construction sites in Europe and the USA. GetERI connects them on a single database and adds a layer that was missing until now: the AI agent, to which you simply write what you need.
If you want to see what your setup would look like, build your system. The selection is non-binding, and nothing is charged until launch on 1 January 2027.
