What we process and why
Account data (name, email, company, country, VAT ID) to provide the service and issue invoices. Website messages and reservations to answer you. Usage data in the system to operate and bill the service. Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never store card numbers.

Performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, and your consent for marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Account and invoicing data for the duration of the contract and the statutory retention period afterwards. Website enquiries for 24 months.
