Terms of service

1. Who we are

GetERI is provided by Dream Come True Inc., 228 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10003, USA ("we"). Hardware shipped within the European Union is sold by Erios s.r.o., Rybná 716/24, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, Company No. 297 89 770.

2. Business customers only

We sell exclusively to businesses and organisations. By creating an account you confirm that you act in the course of your business.

3. Users and pricing

You buy users. Each user starts at the published entry price per month. Switching on parts of modules inside the system changes the price of that user as shown in the system. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes.

Billing periods are monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly. Discounts for longer periods are shown at checkout.

4. Pre-orders before launch

Users bought before 1 January 2027 are not charged before launch. Your payment method is verified at checkout and the first invoice is issued on the launch date. You may cancel at no cost at any time before launch.

5. Availability and support

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the system. Support is provided from within the system and by email in the languages listed on our website.

6. Data

Your data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. Records in the system are append-only and can be exported at any time.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend the service for non-payment after notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, for services provided by Dream Come True Inc., and by Czech law for hardware sold by Erios s.r.o.
