Fitness centre software: memberships, bookings and turnstile in one system

What a system for fitness and wellness should handle: passes and memberships, class schedule, credits, check-in by card and turnstile, corporate clients. How it works without re-typing.

A fitness centre is an operation where five areas meet at once: memberships, schedule, payments, entry and staff. When each has its own program, the front desk re-types names from one into another. In GetERI, a single set of modules handles them.

Members and memberships

The Fitness and wellness module manages members, passes and memberships, packages, trial visits and promotions, credits and gift vouchers. Corporate clients and benefit programs have their own part, as do the VIP club and loyalty.

Classes and trainers

The class schedule with capacity and trainers is linked to the Bookings module: online booking for members, waiting lists, last minute offers, reminders by e-mail and SMS, and cancellation terms. Machines and services such as massages, cosmetics or a solarium have capacities and resources in the same calendar.

Entry

Check-in by card or turnstile is part of the Fitness module, while the turnstiles and locks themselves are controlled by Access control. A member with a valid membership gets through, one with an expired membership does not, and the front desk sees it instantly. Locker rooms and lockers have their own part.

Payments

A terminal at the front desk, QR payments, an online gateway at booking, credit and loyalty cards, daily closings and export to accounting: the Payments module.

Staff and shifts

Trainers and front desk staff are scheduled in the "Staff and shifts" part, or in the full Attendance module for larger centres.

What you get from day one

Parts of the Fitness module enabled by default: members, passes and memberships, class schedule, machines and services, packages, check-in and staff. You enable credits, corporate clients, the VIP club, locker rooms and measurements when you need them.

An example setup for a studio with five people is in the solution for fitness. Turnstiles, readers and terminals are in the shop.

Questions and answers

Yes, through online booking on the website or in the customer app, with reminders by e-mail and SMS.

Does it work with existing turnstiles?

Access control supports common readers, locks and relays. We verify the specific model during deployment.
