In most companies, attendance and access are two systems from two vendors with two lists of employees. In GetERI they are two modules on one database: Attendance and Access control.
One card, one record
An employee taps a card on the reader or opens the door with a mobile key. Access control verifies the rights and the time window, and attendance records the arrival. The same happens on departure. No extra terminals, no duplicate lists.
What access control covers
- zones and doors, readers, locks and relays, turnstiles,
- cards and identifiers, mobile key on the phone,
- groups and access rights, time windows and holidays,
- anti-passback and presence in the building,
- visitors and temporary cards, passage logs,
- tickets and events with slots and capacities, for example for stadiums and water parks.
What attendance covers
- arrivals, departures and types of breaks (lunch, doctor, business trip),
- shift planning and templates, automatic schedule generation,
- work calendar and holidays, overtime, breaks and balance,
- alerts for lateness and absences,
- leave and requests with approval,
- timesheets and export for payroll.
Why they belong together
The list of people in the building from anti-passback is also the list of people at work. The shift schedule from attendance tells access control who is allowed to enter on Saturday. When an employee leaves the company, you deactivate them once.
For fitness centres
The same turnstiles and cards serve members. The Fitness and wellness module manages memberships and check-in, access control opens the turnstile, and attendance tracks staff and shifts.
Hardware verified with the system, including readers, turnstiles and terminals, is available in the shop. A setup for a manufacturing company is shown in the solution for manufacturing.
