2. Cookies on this website
The website uses necessary cookies and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. By default, analytics and marketing cookies are denied (Google Consent Mode v2); they are enabled only after you click "Agree" in the cookie bar. You can change your choice at any time by clearing cookies/storage in your browser.

3. External services when loading the website
When the page is displayed, resources may be loaded from external servers for technical reasons, which receive your IP address:
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads via googletagmanager.com) — measurement and advertising, only after your consent,
- Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) — protecting forms against spam and bots,
- Cloudflare — CDN and security layer in front of the website,
- CDN library (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — chart in the ROI configurator.
Fonts, videos and images are stored directly on our servers.
4. Server logs
The hosting server automatically records the IP address, time of access and the address visited. These logs are used solely to ensure security and diagnose operations and are automatically deleted after a short time.
5. Forms and email contact
When you submit one of the forms (contact, workflow registration, guide download, ROI configurator) or contact us by email, we process the data you provide — in particular your name, email, phone, company name and message content — solely to handle your inquiry and prepare an offer (pre-contractual relations under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The lead may be forwarded to our internal CRM system for this purpose.
The ROI configurator verifies your phone number with a one-time SMS code; we use a provider's SMS gateway to send the SMS. We process the verified phone number and configurator answers to prepare an indicative offer.
6. The ERIOS system
When using the ERIOS system (after login, or via QR code on devices) we process login and operational data that you enter into the system to manage your company processes, and technical and diagnostic data necessary to ensure the reliability and security of the service. The scope and conditions of processing for a specific deployment are governed by a separate agreement (or data processing agreement) with the customer.
7. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- operation and security of the website and system — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- remembering language and cookie choice — necessity for the functionality of the service,
- analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- responding to your inquiry and preparing an offer — pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- providing the ERIOS system to the customer — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
8. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help with operations (hosting, Cloudflare, Google — Analytics/Ads, SMS gateway), further where required by law, where necessary to protect rights and security, or in the event of a business transfer. We do not sell data to third parties.
9. Retention period
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and meet legal obligations.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. Send your request to erios@geteri.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
11. International transfers
Some service providers (e.g. Google) also operate outside the EU; data may be processed internationally with appropriate safeguards under applicable regulations.
12. Children
The website and system are not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently obtained a child's data, we will delete it without delay.
