1. Controller
The operator of the websites erios.sk, erios.cz and geteri.com and the controller of personal data is RESINOS & GO UP SYSTEMS INC., 228 Park Ave S, New York, NY 10003, USA. Contact for data protection matters: [email protected].
2. Cookies on this website
The website uses necessary cookies and — only with your consent — analytics and marketing cookies. By default, analytics and marketing cookies are denied (Google Consent Mode v2). Until you give your consent, no third-party scripts for measurement and advertising are loaded either, so your IP address is not transmitted to them.
Changing or withdrawing your choice: at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it — after withdrawal we also delete the third-party cookies that were already stored in your browser.
| Cookie / storage | Purpose | Category | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
erios_lang | Remembering the selected language | Necessary | 1 year |
erios_consent2 | Storing your cookie-bar choice | Necessary | 182 days |
erios_cid | Random choice ID — so that we can demonstrate that consent was given (does not identify a person) | Necessary | 182 days |
erios_ab | Remembering the variant during home page testing | Necessary | 90 days |
erios_utm (localStorage) | The campaign you arrived from — stored only after marketing consent | Marketing (after consent) | 90 days |
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics — traffic measurement | Analytics (after consent) | up to 2 years |
_gcl_* | Google Ads — conversion measurement and remarketing | Marketing (after consent) | up to 90 days |
_fbp, _fbc | Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — measuring ad performance | Marketing (after consent) | up to 90 days |
| LinkedIn Insight | Measuring ad performance on LinkedIn | Marketing (after consent) | per LinkedIn |
We deploy Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight only during running campaigns. Without marketing consent their code is not inserted into the page at all.
3. External services when loading the website
When the page is displayed, resources may be loaded from external servers, which receive your IP address:
- Cloudflare — CDN and security layer in front of the website (always, technical necessity),
- Cloudflare Turnstile (challenges.cloudflare.com) — protecting forms against spam and bots (when submitting forms),
- CDN library (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — chart in the ROI configurator,
- Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads via googletagmanager.com) — only after your consent,
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram Pixel) and LinkedIn (Insight Tag) — only after marketing consent,
- Anthropic (api.anthropic.com, USA) — the language model powering the AI assistant in the chat; the text of your messages is sent to it (more in section 6).
Fonts, videos and images are stored directly on our servers.
4. Server logs
The hosting server automatically records the IP address, time of access and the address visited. These logs are used solely to ensure security and diagnose operations and are automatically deleted after a short time.
5. Forms and email contact
When you submit one of the forms (contact, workflow registration, guide download, ROI configurator) or contact us by email, we process the data you provide — in particular your name, email, phone, company name and message content — solely to handle your inquiry and prepare an offer (pre-contractual relations under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The lead may be forwarded to our internal CRM system for this purpose.
The ROI configurator verifies your phone number with a one-time SMS code; we use a provider's SMS gateway to send the SMS. We process the verified phone number and configurator answers to prepare an indicative offer. We also pseudonymously record use of the configurator (which steps and answers are chosen) to evaluate and improve it; these records contain no direct identifiers and are not used for ad targeting.
6. AI assistant in the chat
An AI assistant is available on our websites. The text of your messages is sent for processing to Anthropic (USA), which operates the language model; the transfer takes place on the basis of standard contractual clauses. We store conversations pseudonymously on our server to evaluate the quality of the answers (without direct identifiers, retention approximately 100 days). Please do not enter sensitive personal data or login credentials into the chat — for inquiries, please use the contact form instead.
7. Orders in the online shop
When you place an order in our shop, we process billing and delivery data (name, company, company ID/VAT ID, address, email, phone) and the content of the order for the purpose of concluding and performing the purchase contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Data from accounting documents is retained for the period laid down by accounting legislation (as a rule 10 years). Access to the B2B section is password-protected; prices are shown only to logged-in partners.
8. The ERIOS system
When using the ERIOS system (after login, or via QR code on devices) we process login and operational data that you enter into the system to manage your company processes, and technical and diagnostic data necessary to ensure the reliability and security of the service. The scope and conditions of processing for a specific deployment are governed by a separate agreement (or data processing agreement) with the customer.
9. Purposes and legal bases of processing
- operation and security of the website and system — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- remembering language and cookie choice — necessity for the functionality of the service,
- analytics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight) — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
- records of consents given and withdrawn — compliance with the legal obligation to demonstrate consent (Art. 7(1) GDPR),
- responding to your inquiry and preparing an offer — pre-contractual relations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- AI assistant in the chat — legitimate interest in providing immediate support (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR),
- orders and accounting documents — performance of a contract and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR),
- providing the ERIOS system to the customer — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
10. Who we share data with
We share data only with service providers who help with operations: hosting, Cloudflare (CDN and protection), Google (Analytics and Ads — after consent), Meta and LinkedIn (advertising platforms — after consent), Anthropic (AI assistant), SMS gateway, the carrier for orders and our accountant. Further, where required by law, where necessary to protect rights and security, or in the event of a business transfer. We do not sell data to third parties.
11. Retention period
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and meet legal obligations. As a guide:
- inquiries from forms (leads) — 24 months from the last contact,
- records of cookie consents — 26 months (so that we can demonstrate consent even after it expires),
- pseudonymous configurator records and conversations with the AI assistant — approximately 100 days,
- orders, invoices and accounting documents — 10 years under accounting legislation,
- server logs — in the order of days to weeks.
12. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, the right to object and the right to data portability. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
13. International transfers
Some service providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Cloudflare, Anthropic) also operate outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the USA. Transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on the basis of an adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) where the provider is certified. We will provide you with a copy of the safeguards on request at the contact given above.
14. Children
The website and system are not intended for children under 13. If we discover that we have inadvertently obtained a child's data, we will delete it without delay.
15. Changes to this policy
We will publish updates to this policy on this page with a new last-updated date.
